Husband to my son and me:  Would you guys like a snack?

Us: No thank you.

3:44 PM

Husband to my son and me: Would you guys like a snack?

Us: No thank you

3:59 PM:

Husband to my son and me:  Would you guys like some nachos?

Me: Do you realize you’ve asked us every 10 minutes if we’d like a snack?

Husband:  It hasn’t been every 10 minutes

Son:  It’s been every 15 minutes. (Said with his head buried in his SpyGear Evidence Kit.)

I about fell off my chair laughing. Did I mention my husband is on vacation this week? Did I mention I can’t wait for him to go back to work?

    My husband has a home office and though he’s out in the field sometimes, the rest he’s following me around asking what I’m doing. That’s when I pray for waves to keep him occupied. We are more likely to be hiding the snacks from each other:)

    I, personally hide my snacks. It’s that or it gets eaten by the wolves here. There’s nothing worse than craving something only to find it’s completely gone :(
