Fun, FUN Summer Dessert

This popped into my head tonight and I had to post it before my peri-peri-perimenopausal brain forgets it, all together. An amazingly fun and kid friendly dessert. I used to “team up” with my son on playing a joke every time we’d have company over. I haven’t done this with him in years and I’ve gotta bring this one back out again before the summer vanishes.

If you use this idea, I hope you’ll come back and share a picture of it with me.

Best Potato Salad Ever

To me at least!
If you love stuffed baked potatos with bacon and cheese on it, you’ll love this one. This salad is great chilled for a barbeque or while still warm as a side dish.

Not the healthiest thing in the world, especially since I use more of the artery clogging ingredients, but it really is awesome!
