Baked French FriesFound a great easy recipe,  and since I lose most of them this would be a great place to “store” it! French Fries (my son actually loves them, which is rare since his menu is limited to about 6 items)

Cut potatoes into french fry shaped pieces.  Take 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil and mix with:

~ salt, pepper, dill (I use a bunch of the dill), Parmesan cheese.

Toss potatoes in the olive oil mixture.  Put potatoes on baking tray and try to keep them spread out so that they are not laying on top of each other.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees and then sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on it.  Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown (or as crispy as you like them).

Pretty easy. And now…..I won’t lose this recipe!

Wanted to add an update here:

I tried this by slicing the potato into potato chip width. Baked them till golden and crispy. I like them even better this way.
