One of the comments from my “Hard Labor” post reminded me of a great book I was given when my son was born. My son and I know this book verbatim and it touches my heart every time we read it.

I came across a shortened version in a clip and thought you might enjoy it. It’s really an awesome book and it’s now a staple for me in gift giving. If you know someone who is adopting or is thinking of
adopting, I think they will love it as well.

I know I have read this and cannot remember the story at all. I am looking forward to reading it again and perhaps making it “the gift” this year.
